Garrett
County, Md is the place where I call home. I have lived in different areas
of this great nation ( from Los Angles to Virginia Beach) and have even spent
time in other nations. But for me, Garrett County is and will be
home. My goal for this site is to show viewers
(all both of them) the reasons I'll never return to a city. The peace and
quiet of the hills, the soothing sounds of a small stream and the friendliness
of the people are just a few of my reasons for staying here. Inside I'll
show some pictures I've taken with captions of where and when. For example the
picture on the right was taken by a friend of mine while I was fishing the
Youghiogheny River near Oakland, in May 2008. I hope to be able to rotate them as
the seasons change, so the viewer will get to see all of the four seasons
